The breed looks wrong

AI can make mistakes, and many cats are mixed breeds. For the best result, get the whole cat in the photo, with its face showing, in good light.

Why does the app ask to send photos to AI?

Whisker needs AI to name breeds and answer questions. You can read how that works in the Privacy Policy, and change your choice in Settings under Share with AI.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings and tap Delete account. This removes your account, scans, photos and chats.

Is there a limit on scans?

Yes, there's a daily limit. You can see today's use in Settings.
