These terms apply when you use Whisker, an app made by Kimama Apps. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Who can use Whisker

You need to be at least 13 years old.

AI results can be wrong

Breed results and Ask AI answers come from AI, and they can be wrong. Whisker is for fun and general information. It isn't veterinary advice. For anything about your cat's health, ask a vet.

Your photos and questions

Your photos stay yours. You give us permission to process them, and your questions, only to run the app for you. Only use photos you have the right to use. Don't upload anything illegal, harmful or private about other people.

Fair use

Whisker has daily limits. Please don't try to get around them, misuse the service, copy the app, or use it to build another service. We can suspend access if someone does.

Paid features

If you buy a subscription, the App Store handles the payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds under its own rules. You can manage it in your Apple account settings. Deleting your Whisker account doesn't cancel your subscription.

Keeping saved photos is a Premium feature. When Premium ends, your saved photos stay for 30 days, and then we delete them. You can save them to your phone before then. Your saved scans and chats stay.

Availability

We work to keep Whisker running, but it's provided as it is, and it may change, have problems or stop. As far as the law allows, we give no warranties and aren't liable for indirect losses or for decisions based on the app's results. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and using the app after that means you accept them.

Law

These terms follow the laws of Hong Kong, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
